栃木県小山市；2025年2月13日、半導体リソグラフィ用光源メーカーであるギガフォトン株式会社（本社: 栃木県小山市、代表取締役社長: 榎波龍雄）は、2025年2月23日（日）から27日（木）（アメリカ時間）にかけてカリフォルニア州サンノゼにて開催される、半導体露光技術に関する世界最大の学会「SPIE Advanced Lithography + Patterning 2025」に参加し、論文発表を行います。
ギガフォトンは、歩留まり向上に寄与する次世代ArF液浸用光源開発、サステナビリティ関連技術、そしてDUV光源技術の稼働率改善に関する発表を行います。また、検査用EUV光源および先端パッケージ向けDUV光源に関する技術の最新状況についても発表いたします。
